Proceedings papers for the presentations in SCES2019 will be published in a volume of an open-access journal, "JPS Conference Proceedings", upon reviewing. Publication charge is included in the registration fee.

Note that only one proceedings paper is published for each presentation. Do not submit more than one manuscript for one presentation.

Even if a manuscript for the proceedings has been submitted, it is not published in the following cases:
(1) When it has been rejected by the referee(s) or the editor.
(2) If the registration fee for the corresponding presentation has not been paid.
(3) If no one has given a presentation for the assigned time.

The maximum length of manuscripts is 10 journal pages for invited papers and 6 pages for contributed papers. All the manuscripts will be reviewed in the usual manner.

The deadline for the submission of manuscripts is
Sept. 9, 24:00 PDT (Sep.10, 16:00 JST) (Sep. 10, 7:00 UTC/GMT).
Sept. 16, 24:00 PDT (Sep.17, 16:00 JST) (Sep. 17, 7:00 UTC/GMT).

When you submit the manuscript, you will be requested to input your Abstract submission number, e.g., C00026. As for this number, please refer to the reply email to the abstract submission or the acceptance email of your abstract.
